Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use Prismdata. If you are using Prismdata on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
Prismdata provides a cloud-based data analytics platform accessible via web browser and API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime as described in our Service Level Agreement available at prismdata48.com/sla.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Not use the service to process data in violation of third-party rights
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
Intellectual Property
Prismdata and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. You grant Prismdata a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prismdata's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
